I called the folks at Rock Valley HVAC with an issue with my furnace that I had been experiencing for some time, and Josh was able to resolve the issue quickly. An issue that another company couldn't resolve after 3 trips to my house! Not only did Josh do a great job of fixing the issue, but he took the time to explain all kinds of useful information regarding my brand of furnace and the part that was giving me grief. In my opinion he went above and beyond.

This is a very customer oriented company. They are professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. They don’t overcharge or make unnecessary repairs. Fair and honest.

I don’t recall what his name is- but he owns the company 🙂 He was only coming to do a check and give us a quote. He ended up fixing our system for substantially less then another company quoted. The other company also told us we should just get a brand new system- which was unnecessary! What a life saver. We are very happy that we decided to contact this company and get a second opinion. About two years ago they changed my furnace. I have had zero problems with it. Highly recommend.

The technicians were on time, polite, answered all my questions, cleaned up after themselves and even played with my dog! My new Central Air system is working great. Their office manager, Carla, was very easy to work with in helping me arrange financing. I highly recommend Rock Valley HVAC.

I had a great experience. My air conditioner went out on a hot weekend and they were available to repair it on a Sunday! My unit was 25 years old and had pinhole leaking. The repairs were explained really well and they offered to quote a new one, knowing the units age and the fact that it was going to continue to be stressed because of pinhole leaks. After quote, we decided to move forward with buying a new one. Day of install my experience continued to be great. Installers were very nice and even laid rugs to keep floor clean. Fair price, great communication and great service! I highly recommend!

Josh and his crew installed and new furnace and A/C unit in our house and took great care to keep everything clean and no mess was left behind. They installed the units with great care and in a very respectful manner. The pricing was very good and install time was much better than expected. Overall we were VERY satisfied with Josh and his company.

Great service! I had an issue with my furnace blower that started to make a lot of noise. Josh inspected the blower and recommended I replace it. It was an ECM motor and quite expensive. Josh told me that it should be under warranty and contacted the manufacturer for a replacement motor. I did not have to fill out any paperwork, Rock Valley HVAC took care of everything. When he took out and removed the motor, it was clear that the shaft was not centered and rubbing against the opening... causing the noice. Josh was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me. Service was professionally done and quick. Highly recommended!!
